Guests are required to follow the scheduled check-in and check-out timings communicated at the time of booking.
Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated depending on availability but are not guaranteed.

Camping activities such as bonfires, boating, kayaking, and outdoor games involve natural surroundings and inherent risks.
Guests participate in these activities voluntarily and must follow all safety instructions provided by campsite staff.
Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

5. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
Pawnalakecampings.com shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the stay.

6. Property Damage

Any damage caused to tents, furniture, equipment, or campsite facilities may result in repair or replacement charges.
Guests may be required to compensate for damages caused during their stay.

7. Service Modifications

Due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements, certain activities or services may be modified or temporarily unavailable.
Management reserves the right to make such adjustments when necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pawnalakecampings.com shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages occurring during the camping experience except where required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
