Before confirming your booking, please carefully read the following important rules and guidelines:
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment or full payment is received and confirmation is provided by our team.
Check-In and Check-Out
Guests must follow the check-in and check-out timings shared at the time of booking. Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior and follow campsite rules. Any misconduct, disturbance, or violation of campsite policies may result in immediate removal from the campsite without refund.
Outdoor Environment
Camping is an outdoor experience in a natural environment near Pawna Lake. Guests should be comfortable with nature, insects, weather conditions, and outdoor surroundings.
Safety Guidelines
Guests must follow safety instructions provided by campsite staff, especially during activities such as bonfire, boating, or other outdoor activities.
Children Supervision
Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times, especially near bonfires and water areas.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Property Damage
Any damage caused to tents, furniture, or campsite equipment may result in additional charges.
Management Rights
Management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if campsite rules are violated or if guest behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
